Hotel New Orleans Convention Center puts catering to the needs of our guests at the top of our “to do list” each day. Our Front Desk, Tour Desk, and Bell Stand are staffed 24 per hours per day, 7 days each week. A member of management is available on a 24 hour basis also, so that no matter what a guest may need there is always a manager available to be sure the guests needs are attended to in a timely manner. Our Bell Stand and Tour Desk assist guests with selecting and arranging tours, transportation, directions to the many attractions, art galleries, restaurants, and museums in New Orleans. Our Front Desk, as well as all public areas of the hotel are Handicapped accessible, for the comfort and convenience of guests requiring special considerations. Whatever a guest may need to make their business or leisure visit to New Orleans more enjoyable, our Guest Services Department is ready to assist. Our guests have access to a well-lighted parking area adjacent to the hotel. The parking fee is $26 per day including in and out privileges, but space is limited and based upon availability. Oversized vehicles must get quote directly from the hotel. |
